I have had the book “A Handful of Quiet: Happiness in Four Pebbles” by Thich Nhat Hanh (ISBN 978-1-937006-21-1) for quite some time and it was only on our recent seaside holiday that we selected some special pebbles for the meditations.
Each of the four pebbles represents a different image in nature;
a flower
a mountain
calm water
space
and support maintaining a focus.
What tools have you used to relax and focus?
